I had 2 recent appointments with Dr Levin. He answered all of my questions. He was compassionate and explained my diagnosis and potential treatment paths. Should I decide to pursue surgical intervention I will be back.

I saw Dr. Levitt for a distal radius fracture. He put me in a splint for 3 months and my wrist healed incorrectly. I had to see another hand surgeon to have the fracture fixed (and broken again) correctly. Because my arm, wrist, and hand was in the splint for so long, I had to have months of very painful physical therapy to regain motion in my wrist--2 years later my wrist is not the same as before the DRF and Dr. Levitt's treatment. Just be sure to see Dr. Levitt for what he knows about but NOT for hand and wrist issues. He... read more

We recently returned to Washington, DC from Europe for my mother’s reverse shoulder replacement surgery with Dr. David Lutton—a procedure she had been holding out for, despite increasing pain and limited mobility. At nearly 91 years old, this wasn’t just a medical appointment—it was a critical window of hope. And what unfolded in the days leading up to surgery was nothing short of extraordinary. Late Tuesday, just before our flight, we learned that the required CT scan had not been completed as prescribed. Without it, Dr. Lu... read more

Dr. Buchalter has good bedside manner and takes time to listen when he’s in the room. However, due to chronic scheduling issues and poor time management, many visits feel rushed, and patients often experience long wait times before being seen. The care itself is competent, but the delays and time pressure take away from the overall experience.

Dr. Buchalter was professional, explained the pros and cons of repairing my injury and was diligent at getting me scheduled even though it was near Christmas! He was sensitive to my needs and accommodated! The surgery went very well, the office staff took care of me well and made sure I had the best rehab (highly recommend Kristen my P.T. as well!). They were there for me through the surgery and my rehab. I can't say enough about OrthoMaryland and highly recommend them for any orthopedic issues

October of 2019 I fell directly onto my left knee breaking my kneecap in half and damaging some bones underneath. In the ER, I was referred to Dr. Nwodim for surgery. Recovery was very difficult and long because of the trauma and subsequent surgery. The brace that encapsulated the knee fitted my entire leg. For the first 30 days I was in a wheelchair not allowed to stand on it. Then the arduous recovery had him seeing me every month for adjustments to the brace. Dr. Nwodim was with me all the way through. He was transparent ... read more

Dr. Berdia was the best Doctor and Surgeon I have ever met.I came in for a Carpel Tunnel problem in both wrists, and he diagnosed the Cause of the problem and repaired both my wrists with Surgery. He diagnosed me, when none of the other doctors could do so. I went to multiple other doctors and had over 50 diff. X-Rays, Blood Tests, and Consultations, and none of them looked closely enough at the Results, until Dr. Berdia did so.Dr. Berdia is very Talented and Intelligent. The double Carpal Tunnel Surgery I had left Zero Visa... read more

Dr. Lutton is a FANTASTIC physician & Diagnostician. He treats you like a human, spends time with you, actually makes sure you have any and all your questions answered before you leave and truly thinks before he jumps to a conclusion. I cannot recommend him more. He is kind, caring, insightful, resourceful and smart.

He was tardy for my first appointment, and today he was even more delayed, prompting me to leave eventually. It is disrespectful to assume that his time holds more value than ours. I have found another orthopedic specialist. I would never treat my clients in such a manner; at the very least, a notification of the delay would have been appreciated. I wish you the best of luck.
