I put this surgery off for years. After meeting with Dr. Hsu, he assured me it was the best thing for me to do. He was very patient, explained everything so I would understand the process and procedure. Very professional and has great bedside manner. Also his staff is wonderful!

He applied liquid Nitrogen to my son chest directly to treat him from a virus he thought it was causing bumps on his skin. He should have sprayed it on a Qtip and not directly. He caused burns and scars and holes in my son’s skin using cryotherapy on a pediatric patient. My son was terrified. He’s 4 years old. He said it will be gone in 2 weeks which never happened and he never said it will scar him or burn him like that. Dr. Hsu took the time to answer all my questions before & after my procedure. He knows his stuff, and made me feel well-informed. My procedure was a success. 10/10 would recommend.

Dr. Hsu is one of the best surgeons EVER! he treated me with professionalism, care, kindness and empathy. he listened to all i had to say, asked pertinent questions, and planned the surgery with me--telling me exactly what to expect. and it went flawlessly! i will ALWAYS look for Dr. Hsu for all my surgical needs. i cannot praise him enough.....

I am 50. I had recurring diverticulitis for the past 9 yrs. Last year I experienced flare-ups from July to Dec. I had a colonoscopy schedule for Dec but my gastroenterologist wasn't able to perform it due to a stricture (narrowing) in my sigmoid colon. I could not have been more pleased with the care I got from Dr. Hsu. Unfortunately, I had waited way too long to go the ER and unknown to me serious complications were setting in. Dr Hsu not only took care of the main problem but treated the infection already in place. It was obvious that it was not a simple easy fix and required very specific treatments and time. Living in this area for only a short period of time, the local healthcare facilities and providers were completely unknown to me. A chronic condition that was being monitored with my PCP suddenly became acute and Dr. Hsu acquired my case. The hospital staff spoke very highly of Dr. Hsu and how well his patients recovered post-op. Dr. Hsu showed me the seriousness of my condition and earned my confidence during our pre-op interactions. From the moment Dr. Hsu was assigned as my surgeon, I heard nothing but how fortunate I was to have him as my doctor. His professionalism and care have been phenomenal. I feel so blessed to have him as my doctor and will be one of those who tell others how fortunate they are to have him as their surgeon!
