We were in Saint Augustine for vacation from Virginia. When I suffered a surgical emergency Dr Hsu was beyond exceptional. He explained everything to me and my husband, and he took amazing care of me.!
He made me feel like a person not someone who wanted to poke and prod. Made me feel really comfortable and talked me through everything. If I need any kind of surgical problem I’m going straight to him.
Dr Hsu performed two surgeries on me in April, I’ve never had surgery before and I had 100% trust and confidence in him. He took great care of me, he came to my room to talk to me personally every day in the hospital during my recovery period. I continued to follow up with him in his office for two months post surgeries, excellent staff, excellent communication and care. I highly recommend Dr Hsu!
Dr Hsu operated on my Dad for colon cancer. He was very thorough in explaining every step of the process and not only did he do an AMAZING job during the surgery he also took great care of my Dad in the hospital post surgery. I had a major surgery. It was a very difficult surgery. Dr Hsu was extremely helpful before and after my surgery. He continues to provide wonderful care.
Dr. Hsu is very passionate about your well-being. He is extremely knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely detailed. His staff and the team he works with are great too. If you are considering Dr. Hsu, you are fortunate indeed.
Dr. Hsu not only an excellent surgeon but a caring and compassionate doctor, addresses your concerns and explains procedure in detail. On March 1, 2024 he performed a laparoscopic sigmoidectomy, the result was perfect and no colostomy bag with no major pain. I could not have asked for a better result. He visited me every day during my 5 day hospital stay and made sure everything was going according to plan. First I want to thank his secretary. For always getting back to me immediately and having such a lovely personality. Dr. Hsu really helped me to feel at ease. He Answered all of my questions. He Showed up every day at the hospital after my surgery.Any questions I had and there were many, we’re always explained. Thank you so much. Flagler hospital was also amazing. So was the staff.
