The company broke my toilet when taking it off.

I had two tankless hot water heaters destroyed by a power surge and the servicemen were able to replace one the same day I called them and the other one the next day. I am pleased with both the service and the charges.
The work was done quickly - even though there were complications - and in a very professional manner.
I had a severe leak costing me lots of $$$. He diagnosed the problem and came up with a good solution. I didn't feel like I was being cheated. There were no immediate alarm bells that went off like some contractors I work with. Good, professional who likes helping veterans.
They were courteous and it took 2 hours between giving a estimate and finishing the job
Prompt, curteous. Came to repair one toilet and replace kitchen faucet. Checked second toilet while here and found problems which were corrected but required return appointment which was arranged quickly and easily.
replace toilet with a new one.they came fast and called to let me know they were on there way. they measured the old one and replaced it with a new one. I told them to buy a cheap one and they did. they worked and finished during the rush hour. also found a shut off that needed replacing.good people,fast,work no baloney 5 star
