Knowledgeable, professional, good value.
Came day after I called. Very courteous workers. Replaced water heater and their work was done efficiently and quickly.
Pros get results not excuses. The Pros repaired a pipe under the sink which was damaged by a screw driven in by a lectrician (favor for a friend). Next time, I will do the grunt work (disposal.) Wait for the licensed electrician who will probably listen to the homeowner (me) "the stud finder says there is something in the wall under a sink." These guys are the pro Plumbers to count on.
Miami Emergency Plumbing was prompt to respond to the request for help and they were timely in the completion of the job. However, it took a long time to clean up the mess they left on my patio, paint clean up spatters, paint spatters in the kitchen and bathroom. I think they could have taken more time and more pride in their work. They were sloppy, did not wear booties or use drop cloths, kept asking me for tools they should have had on hand, a hammer, a broom, a paint brush, paint. Very good customer service. I would have rated them higher, but the installer left a mess. Did not take old parts away and left some holes in the tiles from the old fixtures. Price increased over estimate doe to unforeseen difficulties
