Piss Poor! Do Not Lease Here! First: This place doesn't even deserve one start! Second: The pictures are a lie! Third: Every tenant is paying a different price! One bedrooms are advertised at $1400-$1650 and Two bedrooms are advertised at $1800-$2000. I spoke with my neighbor living here. I am paying $1450 and he was paying $1300! I decided to knock on several doors and noticed some were paying $1000, $1100, $1175, $1275, and $1375! All better deals that I got! Airport Villas is Good Place I am a displaced pilot for a major airline. Airport Villas is nice place to live. They offer a great set up for pilot crash pads. The staff is always working creatively to bring in new pilots. They offer a courtesy shuttle to and from MIA, wireless, ethernet, direct tv, no security deposit, no credit check, no long term lease. What else can you ask for! Give them a call and try them out!
What A Dump The best thing I can say about this place is, I left. I stayed at Airport Villas for 3 months last year at no point in time did I feel safe staying there. During the time I was there at least 3 cars were broken into. Several gate remotes were taken in the process. Which means the thieves had easy access to get back in. The management of this place has some really shady practices. Example... Airport Villas is Great I am a international intern and conducted IT Technical support for a major corporation and stayed at Airport Villas for four months. It is sad to say that I am departing Airport Villas, but I must return home. The staff is superb, the pool, jacuzzi, and exercise facility is excellent, the shuttle service drivers are courteous and provide ample time for pick up and drop to my place of employment. They offer new dvds to rent for free, and offer direct tv international channels. Keep up the great work!
