My mum has lived at Portland House for 2 years now and it is home, they really are like a family. The staff are lovely and the care they give is brilliant. This year, when things have been in lockdown so much, we know she is safe and well taken care of which has been such a relief to us. It's a very special place and I would highly recommend it. I think it's one of the best extra care housing schemes around.
