We were told that there was accommodation available to view as I was looking for a place for my parents to move to. After waiting over a week for the viewing, we were shown the communal facilities (which appeared very average), and then told there were no apartments to look at as there was a waiting list and no current availability. No mention of this on the initial call. A total waste of our time and we were given no apologies for it.
A very nice and clean care home . Staff are friendly and helpful
