Staff are not training new staff when they should be trained after 2 weeks don't get me wrong they are good at looking after the elderly but treat new staff like they are medically trained but they are not and they treat new staff like they have been working there for years and they leave them alone to work with difficult situations like dealing aggressive residents with dementia.
