Excepted a quote for a job to lay a patio was told could be done within 2 weeks , we are now at week 6, 3 times now work has been cancelled, total lack of communication, while the lady at downham market branch is great. lady at king Lynn was rude to me, after speaking to a manage who was not helping what so ever, giving reasons that was telling me other customers private lives, even after trying to contact man who gave quote no response
The quality of work has been excellent. Response time from the office can be a little slow.
We are very happy with Brian who removed a long strip of vertical mosiac tiles and replaced it with new tiles to blend in with the rest of the walls (including putting in new plasterboard). Thank you to helpful staff in shop and those who came to visit to see what was need doing and of course, Brian. Would highly recommend :-)
Had a staircase installed to the attic room & can’t fault this company. Workmen were incredibly skilled and nothing was too much trouble. The end product was amazing and we are really glad we chose MG to complete the work.
The two carpenters went above and beyond when carrying out the repairs, these things made us happy to give this company a 5* review, will certainly use them again and recommend their work.
