It is supposedly an authorised MG dealership, however they don’t do warranty repairs??? Also why is that that 2 year service for MG4 cost £28 more than at Arnold Clark? We’ll never go back there again.
Unfortunately very disappointing after sales issues. Problem with car which can happen and accept and needing fixing under warranty, but communication between them, the garage trying to fix it under warranty, and us have been very poor. No offer of any courtesy car despite them having had the car for 2 weeks. Telling us they had closed the case because the garage hadn’t contacted them to update on current situation which still not fixed. Sent my car in from a service, they sent it back out without checking the tyre pressure. A warming light had been on before attending the service. The staff didn't know if tyre pressure was included in a service or not. It was explained the mechanics must have missed it as they don't work to a checklist.
