Extremely poor service. After selling my property, Mezzle Law failed to redeem two mortgage accounts and a charging order in full, despite having the redemption statements. No explanation has ever been given as to why. My case was handled by Donna. I raised a formal complaint and even copied in the CEO, who promised a response by 11th August — nothing ever came. Very affordable but shoddy service - lots of complications that could have been avoided had they'd been more across things. Was endlessly passed from one person to another and they were generally quite hard to get ahold of. We completed almost a year ago but still haven't had the land registry changed in our name our the lease extended as planned - have also now found that a £1000 service charge bill that was meant to be cleared by the sellers before completion was never sorted. I left an enquiry this morning, and followed up twice throughout the day as I have an urgent matter. During each call, they promised someone from the legal team would call me back today, especially considering my urgent situation. Now it's 7pm and nobody has called me back. Terrible service.
Poor experience with Donna and team. Very slow and non responsive. Would not recommend
Avoid this company at all costs time wasters and Esme paticularly was rude and unprofessional
