About this business
In 2001 Metzger's re-opened at its current location on Zeeb Road. The restaurant seats 189 people inside and also offers outdoor seating in our Biergarten. We still serve the same great food in a European atmosphere and the family tradition is still alive and well. The current owner John Metzger works multiple nights a week and his parents Walter and Ruth still enjoy dining at the restaurant throughout the week.

Authentic rouladen with spatzel und red cabbage. The best, with a hacker schor beer. Worth every penny. Outstanding service too! Linens would make it perfect.
Just the best Sauerbraten & Spatzen anywhere.... and I've been to Germany! And, a huge pour of Warsteiner Dunkel to wash it down. Delicious!
