About this business
In 2001 Metzger's re-opened at its current location on Zeeb Road. The restaurant seats 189 people inside and also offers outdoor seating in our Biergarten. We still serve the same great food in a European atmosphere and the family tradition is still alive and well. The current owner John Metzger works multiple nights a week and his parents Walter and Ruth still enjoy dining at the restaurant throughout the week.

I loved the pickle I got with my meal. The rest was just ok. My son and I orders the burgers with fried potatoes. The burger was dry. The potatoes did not taste right. It was more expensive then I thought it would be for the quality that we received. We won't go back.
The potato pancakes are a must try they are so good, I would go back just for those👍👍👍
Waitress was very accommodating. Meeting a friend that I hadn't seen in over 50 years, she checked on us and allowed us to chat for a very long time. She even took our picture. Food was good too and I was able to find something green on the menu.
The food is great, ❤️It! Our server/bartender not so much. She was very slow, even commented that she had 5 orders she was behind on. She spent more time talking to the kitchen staff, yes we could she her, than actually bar tending. Next time I might just call in a to go order so I can still have the great food.
Absolutely wonderful, the food, the atmosphere and the waitstaff were incredible
