This casino is managed very badly. The managers are unprofessional, unfriendly, and show no respect toward players. The way they handle customers is frustrating and leaves a very negative impression. Definitely not a place I would recommend visiting.

Came from America with great recommendations. Maria in front desk was super judgemental. Dress code is smart casual and she turned me away for a one piece from Zara. She looked also at my uncle who was wearing a sweater over his button down shirt and said he was not dressed appropriately initially prior to zipping down his sweater in 50 degrees weather. Definitely not telling any of my American friends to visit here on holiday and absolutely request to speak to anyone but Maria if she’s at reception.

Really disappointed with the front of house staff – they completely ruined what was supposed to be a special evening. Despite us following the published dress code (which clearly states jeans and trainers are allowed if clean), we were singled out and told our long dresses and heels were “clubbing outfits.” The staff member at the front not only made unnecessary comments but also pulled faces and tried to belittle us in front of others.
