Rose a woman in her 60s at the reception was extremely obnoxious and narcissistic to the extent I had to leave due to how uncomfortable she made me feel although I usually encounter a very warm welcome upon entry. Now I will avoid visiting this establishment ever again.

I was denied entry to the casino for “casual clothing,” yet several Arabic men before me were admitted in the same attire. This inconsistent application of rules felt discriminatory and unfair. I request clarification of the dress code, assurance it is applied equally, and an apology for the unequal treatment.

We were denied entry to this casino by a very rude member of staff who said it was due to trainers and jeans as it was too casual whilst simultaneously letting a couple of gents in with trainers and jeans… Not what I expected at all, when I asked for an explanation he refused to give an answer and denied entry. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This casino is managed very badly. The managers are unprofessional, unfriendly, and show no respect toward players. The way they handle customers is frustrating and leaves a very negative impression. Definitely not a place I would recommend visiting.
