Overall I was pleased with both the ordering process and receiving the screen. I wasn't particularly impressed with the instructions, though. It wasn't made as clear to me as I had hoped that the screen locks (for the screen doors for french doors) HAD to be installed when indicated. I'll accept partial blame for that as well. The thing that bothered me the most was the length of both the top and bottom tracks were too long. Having been in construction for 40yrs I was able to make it happen anyway, but I was disappointed. I was looking for a spline sized .310. You advertised your spline with that sized. Your size spline was not the size it was advertised. It was thicker than that. I explained it to your customer service to no avail. I was charged the restocking fee when it was returned. I was not pleased. I will not order from your site again and will not recommend it. I ended up ordering Phifer's .310 spline instead. Leslie ********

Sorry to hear your experience did not meet your needs. Our 310 spline is standard to the industry and is probably the same as Phifer. The only other flat spline size made is a .285 We cannot send a thicker spline than what is available. We send out hundreds of these each season and have not heard of this problem of being too thick? I will check with the shipping department and verify what size was sent to you.

This is a great company to work with. Instructions for measuring were clear and ordering was easy. Screen arrived quickly, but the shipping company poked a hole through the package, damaging both screens. Metro offered a refund or to send repair parts, and I chose repair. Package arrived really quickly, and fixing the screens was a breeze, and taught me something new! The repaired screens fit perfectly, and I am really impressed with the UltraVue screen, the view is incredible.
Ordered screens for the entire front of my house. Beautiful! Great price and packaged wonderfully! Didn't know what to expect. Let me tell you, they were MORE than expected! Thanks for such a fine product. When I get ready to replace the rest, Metro Screens will be the place to order!
