We have ***** *** **** windows. The house was built in 2001. We needed one extra screen. I checked with ***** Colorado, and their bid was $299 for one screen. We did not need the screen so bad. I looked around and the search brought up the Metro Screenworks. We decided to purchase two screens for total of $191. Luca *** **** from Metro Screenworks double-checked with us if our measurements were correct before sending our order to production. We received the screens shortly after. And the screens fit perfectly. THANK YOU.

We ordered screens for our front and back doors because our dog had wrecked the original screens by jumping on them when people came to visit. These new screens are tough and will withstand her jumping. My husband had no problem putting them in and we are very happy with the quality of them.

I had a problem with my order of 6 screens which cost $564. The screen measurement I gave them wasn't accurate. The screens needed to be smaller. I'm not in the business of ordering or measuring screens. I told them about the issue as soon as I realized the larger screens were useless. Incredibly Andrew in their customer service department suggested that I go to a local hardware store. I should've done that initially. I think that is good advice for everyone. All went fine with the installation. Easy to walk into the closed screen because it is so "see through". Found it is important to hold onto the screen as it retracts. If you just let go it jumps the top track, but easy to refit.

Screen door works great. Perfect and great options for measuring, down to the 1/8 of an inch. Speedy delivery!! Easy to install.

I ordered one FlexSceen custom screen to try as a replacement for the abominable screens that came with our Norco (now, understandably, out of business) casement windows 28 years ago. Unfortunately, even though the height and width dimensions were spot on, the screen was too thick for the channel in the Norco window and did not work. Metro Screenworks shipped the wrong screen to me initially, but Ken immediately called and informed me of the mix-up and shipped the correct screen to me right away. Pleasantly surprised at the quality, since I had never used this company before. My sliding screen is stronger than the kind I was able to find at the big hardware stores, and fits perfectly. Good looking, sturdy, slides open with a finger touch.

Metro Screenworks were great to work with. I missed measured one screen and one screen I received was bent. Great customer service Shannon...she resolved my problem.
