The screens fit the windows perfectly. The ordering process and measurement instructions were easy to understand and follow. The period from the time I placed the order to the receipt of the screens was very timely. (I am still waiting for the business where I got the windows originally to call me back about replacement screens and that has been close to 1 year later plus an on site visit to them with in the last month.) As a result, I went on line and found Metro Works and I am very pleased with the results and service.

The screens are nice. Installation was not so easy. The jamb mount really is not jamb mount in that it is very hard to snap into the slot. The magnets that hold them closed are great but are so strong that one needs to be careful not to pull too hard. Pulling too hard takes the screen out of the track. But are easy to put back in. It works best to nudge the screen and let the retractor roller do it's thing.

I purchased their French-door style retractable screen last year. I installed the screen and it has never worked properly. I paid two professionals to inspect the installation and was told "nothing wrong with the install, it's just a ***** ** **** screen". My guess is the screen framing is just too light weight for the opening. I have since taken it out and now have some holes in the sliding door frame to deal with. What a piece of junk and a waste of money.
Custom screens were beautifully made with high quality materials to exact specifications. Screens fit in windows perfectly.
