Easy to work with; final product is very good. At first I was worried about the survivability of the screens during shipping. They were packed so well I think you could have parked a car on them without damage. Had a small issue with first order (my fault). Very easy dealing with personnel and issue was corrected.

Found Metro Screenworks online. Website was easy to navigate through. Product was delivered in timely manner and product packaging was excellent. No shipping damage. I would like to tell you that assembly was easy but I didn't assembly the screen door. Had to make a hardware store run for another project on my rental and by the time I got back (20 min) the screen door was assembled and installed. My Brother in-law said it was very easy. Thanks!!!

Truly a good company even though my experience didn't turn out as expected. I ordered two screens for a rental property. They arrived badly damaged so were unusable. But the company gave me the option to get a full refund, or send me the screen parts for me to assemble since there is no way to guarantee that the carrier wouldn't damage them again (because one screen was quite large). I purchased this screening for installation at a friends home to create a large 50' x 10' screen room. The screen appears to be quite strong and barely reduces visibility . Only time will tell how it wears given the strong sun and high winds in this area but so far, it appears to meet the need quite well.

Very easy to order, and while I took the route of putting it together to save money, it was extremely difficult for me and doesn't look very good, but that was me not the company. The price was a bit much when you look at the prices at the stores (like *****, **** *****, etc.), but didn't have a choice being they didn't carry my size, which I would have thought any sliding glass door would be the same. Nice to be able to order any size. They are helpful, friendly, and their site is easy to use.
