So far, it was just phone assistance and a sample order. I'm an interior designer attempting to use copper mesh to create a custom background for a client's hanging sculpture. The phone help was much appreciated. Next call will be to order.

I looked online and talked with Metro Screenworks about their products. I ordered 4 assembled sliding patio screen doors; 3 of the Hercules and 1 Superior over the phone. The next day Metro Screenworks had charged my banking account an additional $879.60 for someone else's order. I immediately sent an email to the person I dealt with and stated it needed to be reversed immediately and I request reimbursement of any bank fees I get charged. First of all, thank you for your feedback. I have researched and spoke to those involved with this order. I do apologize for some mistakes that we made in processing your order. My understanding is the matter was closed when you accepted $228.65 credit to cover the bank fees of $48 and the time and inconvenience of replacing the roller part. Our position is that this was settled and are surprised to see the matter to continue to be discussed after a gentlemen's agreement was made.

Love our replacement screens; exactly what we ordered and they fit perfectly! We were surprised, though, how many bits of wire “threads” were protruding from the edges on all 12 we ordered. Needed to trim them before installing. Still would order your screens again.

Screen came timely and undamaged. I was hoping for a bit thicker screen but couldn't determine how hard or soft the screen might be according to your website. not as secure now as I had hoped but it works and looks great.

I purchased a 100’ roll of 8’ screening to rescreen a large porch. Very high quality screening. I will purchase more the next time I rescreen a porch.
