The inspector from the Metro Property Inspection did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough, looked at everything that could be inspected . We walked throughout the house and pointed toward every thing that needed to be fixed and suggested who needs to do the job. He showed us the minimal amount of things we needed to be aware of, and was very helpful in telling us how to easily fix them! We're in the process of buying a house and we had one inspected. The inspector Mike came out he was the most thorough I had seen in years. He was extremely helpful he answered every question I had my husband had. Not only did he write the report he took a picture of everything he allowed me to follow him like a puppy follows it's master. This company I would recommend highly. Very impressed.
