Very thorough friendly inspector! He was very personable and did a great job finding things either the homeowner needed to fix or we needed to take care of after close. It's great to know exactly what condition the home is in and what you can do to make it even better!
My husband and I had such a great experience with Metro, especially Mike who came out to do the inspection. He did a a wonderful job, very friendly and incredibly helpful going over things he saw as legitimate issues. He was very prompt at getting the inspection back, so we could move forward to close on our new home. I highly recommend them :)
