Very good experience with this inspection company. The home inspector, Steven, took a very thorough look at every aspect of the property, inside and out, including seemingly inaccessible areas. He was very courteous and took the time to answer all our questions. Although not a requirement, it was a good idea to get this inspection done. Well worth the money!
Home inspection for a property that I recently purchased.
The inspector from the Metro Property Inspection did an excellent job. He was extremely thorough, looked at everything that could be inspected . We walked throughout the house and pointed toward every thing that needed to be fixed and suggested who needs to do the job. I would wholeheartedly recommend them to any body who want a trustworthy inspection
We had Camron do our inspection. He was very thorough and helpful with any and all questions we had for him! He showed us the minimal amount of things we needed to be aware of, and was very helpful in telling us how to easily fix them! Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and the warranties they offer are fabulous also!
Metro Property Inspection performed a whole house inspection on a property I am in the process of purchasing. I found the inspector to be knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. Following the inspection, the written report which included pictures was prompt and informative.
