Better have your tools belt ready if they inspect your house. Somehow the inspector missed a rotting floor in the master bath. The entire floor needs replaced and the evidence was obvious and should have been on the inspection. And their 90 day warranty is a joke. They said they would repair the leak only, so I guess I have a floating toilet now.
Stephen did our inspection. He was very thorough and informative. I would recommend.
They were great to work with and very helpful while inspecting our new home.
