I used Metro Property for the purchase of my house as well as the sale of my mom's condo. The inspection report for the condo greatly helped expedite the sale as the buyer knew everything up front (and I fixed all of the really important things). Great company; they do good work.
Mike was very good at explaining the problems he found & making sure we understood the process of the inspection, I would definitely recommend him if you are in need of an inspector
Mike was great! He went through the house with great detail. I feel that we are not buying a house with a lot of unknowns. He laid out the urgency of repairs for the items he saw that needed work. He also instructed us on what we can do to maintain the current condition. Their prices were very comparable and I fell like with the warranty that was included the were fully insuring their work. I would recommend them to anyone.
