Ryan was great to work with. He took the time to explain many things, and never seemed in a hurry. He has speedily answered all of my follow-up questions, and always makes sure I know I can ask more. My family came to the inspection, too, and he even answered their questions. I highly recommend Ryan!
Mike was a great inspector, very thorough and took the time to explain things when I called him. I am a little frustrated with the amount of follow up offers/emails from Metro and their partners, but the actual inspection was great.
With a property 45 minutes south of Overland Park, Metro Property Inspection was still able to handle all my needs. With no google maps to guide the route, Ryan was still able to arrive early. He was very professional and my buyers were very pleased.
