RecommendedMichael was amazing! As first time homebuyers we came for the entire inspection and he was very friendly (and funny), thorough, and answered all of the questions we had - and there were a lot. Anytime we pointed out any random mark on the wall/floor ceiling/chimney/etc., he'd take the time to explain what it was from and in easy terms for us to understand. Couldn't recommend him enough!
I can’t say enough good things about Metro Property Inspection! Mike is very reliable and is always prompt! He inspects the home thoroughly and answers any questions I have (as an agent) as well as advising the future homeowners of things needing addressed with the home! They are always my first choice!!
