Dealer very responsive, used info to get good deal from different dealership
Staff was very pleasant But they come back to the table lowballing your trade-in I went down the road and got $8000 more trade-in for my truck at Leah and when I drove the vehicle was not ready to test drive the brakes Were very bad and had a pulsation and I had to wait for the dealer to go put fuel in the truck it was not presentable But they are very attentive if you're looking to get water or coffee while you wait
Grear follow up, unfortunately they didn't have the truck I was looking for.
Went here to buy a used vehicle for my husband. Found one priced $23,900. Offered $20,000 plus trade in and was told, "no, can't do it," and the sales person walked away. No negotiation, nothing. Just walked away. Would never go here again and would not recommend.
I agree with scubamcd. Bought a ford from them and it was nothing but negative experience.
they won't do the right thing when you trade in your car and if you bring it in for service you will sit in he waiting room for 3hrs before they even look at your vehicle, save yourself the hassel and go to Denooyer chevy

Inconsiderate employees. When dropping my car off for repairs, the woman was late to work, and arrived at the same time as me. Instead of greeting me politely, she ignored me, huffed and puffed right past me to unlock the door, and without even greeting me started requesting my information using one word phrases. She wouldn't even make eye contact with me. Bought a Certfied Preowned Mustang GT convertible with 7200 miles. Mechanically, the car is in very good shape, but cosmetically, it looks like hell. Scratches, dents, chipped paint. The rear bumper cover was pushed up into the quarter panel and cracked. Additionally, the CD player does not work and has a CD stuck in it from the previous owners.
