The dealership was very helpful in finding me the right vehicle
Sold they were very very pleasant. I dealt with Katie very sweet. I was going to trade in a BMW M3 and tried to forward pictures and kept getting rejected. By the time I got her managers phone and sent them to the phone was about a week in the car had been sold not a big deal.
Provided very good support
Metro plays all the usual dealership games. Pretending my offer was way too low when it wasn't. Getting me to the dealership multiple times and then never making a counter offer. Trying to get me into a 6 year loan on a vehicle that was already 7 years old! Bait and switch from one vehicle to a Ford. You name it they tried it! My advice would be to stay away.
We are still looking for exactly what I want. Darlene has been such a pleasant person to work with and I am hopeful she will find me my Escape!!
