Walked in the guy was arrogant and handed me the keys acting like he was too busy to show me the truck, says if you want to drive it I will get a plate, I look at the truck and drive it around the parking lot, then go in to get a plate and he’s texting on his phone and holds his finger up for me to wait, I stand there for 10 minutes and he says, truck is being sold to someone else whoops, tells me to park it out front for the new people, doesn’t offer to show me anything else and hands me his card. I spoke with sales in the morning and requested photos and a video and safety report sent. Was promised it would be sent that day. It was not sent and I had to call back and ask again. Then they sent me pictures of a different vehicle than advertised. They don't do carfax reports and the "safety report" they sent me wasn't even filled out completely. Had a great experience everyone was so very helpful
It was great at the beginning and she took a few days off and I never heard from her again.
email response was bland and impersonal, as seems to be the case with all dealers. However, Katie answered the phone and was very nice and helpful; better yet, Sara then followed up with a much more pointed email to check whether their vehicle is the right one for me. We're talking and I greatly appreciate such spot-on understanding.
Katie responded in timely fashion and presented my offer in a timely fashion via internet due to being 2 hours away - couldn't make a deal but would try again with another vehicle
