first time I was there, there was an argument on the sales floor between a service detailer and a salesperson about money. Then another salesperson had an incident happen which he was yelling on the sales floor, swearing using many 4 letter words, as I left the dealership I had to walk through a group of salespeople smoking at the front entrance. Dealer contacted me within an hour of sending request to set up a test drive. Went to dealer the next day and car was exactly as described. Ended up buying it that same day.
