I have a business acount here and if you want your business to go smoothly do not use them. I was adding another director who was varified by hmrc and metro made this process very very hard. They made false claims they called me also. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
Good quality service from all staff. They have fallen more in line with high street banks. BUT are still the best banks around in my opinion 🤔 🤷

Lazy and incompetent staff I been with metro bank for over a decade . I got 5 accounts. One year back opened a retail stores accounts which needs a cash deposit facility. This facility wasn't given at the time of ac opening. so I made a separate application in Beginning December until now its not sorted.
