A person at the bank (I forgot his name) helped me setting up my current account and savings account.
I have never had a problem with my bank but today I was served by Gurpreet and I normally bring less than 10 coin bags and she tells me i have to bring full coin bags!!! Like seriously?! It's never been a problem before! The other staff have always done this for me and they never made it an issue, just that I bring only 10 bags. Such a bad experience and the management needs to retrain their staff (Gurpreet) once more to serve customers properly and kindly.
No judgement, simple service.. a bit of a wait but they did they're best. Thank you
