We were extremely pleased with the service at the Merry Hill branch. We applied to open a business account for an established Business after our previous Bank decided they didn’t want us anymore for no particular reason. Within 24 hours the Account was opened. No hassle at all. Very pleasant staff.

During my interaction, the manager(kiren) manner and her behavior was rude . She hasn’t say or reply even when I saying thank you to her twice .As a customer, I expect staff—especially managers—to be polite, respectful, and helpful.
