Micros was being rudely responding I did not like the respect I was given
I am not a customer at The Metro Bank, but have used their ATM a few times, twice my card wasn't returned in the machine, and yesterday I used it again at about 9.am and this time the card was returned but no money ! The staff in the Metro were helpful though.
two most unpleasant little women turning there nose up at me when I asked how long for them to look at me in utter disgust and tell me 30 mins wait to turn around and walk off no care for there customers should be sacked
I was given first class service and all my querries. Best bank ever
