We was there today with Ridon he open a new card bank the service was very good thank you very much
Used to be a great bank but I've now been sat waiting for over half an hour with a screaming baby and no one is being of any help. Last time I was here I had to wait for over an hour. Can't offer a wait time so I can go and shop while I wait. I came to close an account with them, something they used to do at the main desk in 2 seconds but apparently good customer service is too hard now adays
If you need help with any little thing, be prepared to wait over an hour, terrible service.
Charu was very helpful while opening my account , Duni , Ridon and Leeroy are very nice everytime I come in
Very convenient well managed but they didn’t provide the credit card for customers .
