I only wish I could give this branch one star. The customer service and attention to their clients has completely vanished and has been replaced with apathetic staff with a "computer says no attitude". Queue almost out the door and nobody serving anybody. They have absolutely no respect for any of their customers time Been a client for nearly 10 years and will be closing my personal account in the coming weeks, along with my partner's and the joint account.
Was made to feel quite comfortable from the moment I walked in. Ms Sina made the process incredibly smooth. She was very informative and helpful. Everything was also done quite quickly which helps when you’re on a tight schedule.
One hour waiting for my Bank statement not given to me very poor customer service
I’ve had enough. Metro Bank has become beyond incompetent and is nothing like the Metro I first knew. They didn’t change my name correctly or on time as promised, and they even left my middle name off my bank statements, which caused me to waste half a day at the passport office. It took me four weekends in a row just to chase Metro up for my name change request with their HQ.
