Had some banking to do other day. I was served at the counter by a member of staff named Kemi. She was polite and very efficient in the matter. Was impressed by her professionalism. Thank you.
The staff at the counter are extraordinarily unhelpful. I had a basic account problem and the supervisor said he isn't an expert on that and so can't help. I asked if he could refer me to an expert who could help and he said that I'd have to find one myself. Then he again told me he isn't an expert. He finished by saying that I could live with my account not working correctly or find an expert on my own, but the choice was mine... Rude and waste staff, for just id verification, they are absolutely bullshit, six people working just doing chit chat and only one customer they need to serve and they said come next week,,six people this is absolutely frustrating! I don’t know why metro bank is not taking action, already 3.3 rating this branch has
