Absolutely upsetting to wait for over 1 hour and still not able to see anyone in terms of getting help with my account Very frustrating since I was the ONLY customer in the queue and at LEAST 4 staff members available during the middle of the day!
The worst customer service ever, unqualified people wasted my day for nothing, they couldn't open a basic account for me.

I recently visited the Hammersmith branch of Metro Bank, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The young woman at the front desk customer service was quite rude and unprofessional in the way she dealt with customers. I visited the branch twice on the same day and both times witnessed her arguing with customers instead of trying to help. I do my business banking here - well I try but the bank has no change! And they do not know when they are getting some £1 coins. Ridiculous!
