Don’t know why the star rating is so low . Metro bank has always been kind and nice . Lovely place and staff .
The worst service that is possible. For every locker operation they make you wait for more than an hour. They have no sense of urgency, no respect for anybody's time and zero customer service.
Metrobank used to feel quite different in how it operated and less like a typical let down/ frustrating bank. They used to offer good customer service and extended opening hours/ weekend opening. Now service is a lot slower as they often seem under staffed and the opening hours are just like every other bank meaning this place doesn’t feel unique anymore. Bit of a letdown
