Nothing worse than standing, waiting to be served whilst 2 cashiers are doing work behind the counter that can be done when theres no customers. Genuinely mind boggling.
Metro bank is a lovely community bank. It’s very welcoming & responsive & it holds community networking events. Great for personal, business & children accounts. They have vault available & cater for mortgages & other financial help. Go in & speak to them.
This brunch is a mess, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. Avoid it
Ive never waited over 1 hour at any bank to be seen to resolve an internet banking issue Absolutely unacceptable
