Always helpful and professional stuff. I was not able to order online a new card due to a legacy system migration and they sorted it out in 5 minutes with one call.
Today we were served by Mr Haucio , he was very patient with us he had excellent customer service skills and he also managed to open up both business and a personal account. He showed us all of the information that we needed to know and we are very grateful for his service.
What an aweful bank. You make an appointment and they tell you you have to wait 20mn. Your details are all in the system and they ask you to manually fill in a form yet again. The staff is aggressive and arrogant and work as slowly as possible . Don’t use this bank!
Arrived before noon on a weekday. I was told that the wait would be 15-20 minutes long. In fact, I waited 48 minutes before I was helped. The best part was listening to the two employees in the back room enjoying their lunch. If you come here, then make sure you budget spending at least one hour here. It's a joke, I have never experienced a bank this bad.
The worst branch in the entire world!! The staff is lazy, unprofessional and lack an iota of compassion. I have seen people wait for long periods ( elderly and sick ) while the staff is busy doing tea and catchup breaks!!
