Not a single customer in the branch, yet the two staff behind the counter were both busy on their phones. I was asked to take a seat, only for another lady to then shout across from the other side telling me to come over to her. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t helpful at all.
Poor customer service
Today I was walking in metro bank in cheap-side to print out statements and been served with Enrico he is help me out with all my need and he even go beyond my need to show me in my mobile app how to use get statements . He is very passionate and he work with pleasure without rush , need more people like him , he is Perfet for his Duty 200% He deserves a better position 🙏
Just 2 staff on in the middle of the day to service which a central branch … bit of a joke
