Do not open an account with this bank. There online security it's as good as other banks and therefore my account was hacked. They did replace my money but I believe all banks do this. I have now been waiting 11 days for a new card pin number. When I phoned I was told no new pin had been ordered!!!!!! So I can not use my card for shopping or to get cash. I now have to wait another 10 days so 21 days without access to my bank account. Totally unacceptable. I can only get cas by going into the bank which is 20 miles away or tr... read more
Very good
Did two large tfrs on app but second one did not go through so I contacted them on the phone incase there was an issue . I was told no only one has gone through and I must have not confirmed it . .I therefore did again only to find out the next day it had gone through . So had sent it x3 luckily I managed to get my funds back . Extremely poor service by the person obviously couldn’t be bothered to check and I even hinted could it have been held up for checks . Would give no stars if I could
If you don't speak English well you can't open an account here and also if your parent is elderly you can't sit with them when they opened an account. I found this very stressful for an old person to open an account and also it looks like you have to have a very good English background to open an account here.
