Swift banking.
I just need to know why they changed their timings and no longer open on weekends?? This was the whole point of metro bank being different than other high street banks, but clearly not!!!
Very poor customer service. May be worst bank in England. Strongly recommend not to bank here.
Just adding to the long list of negative reviews for the branch and generally for Metro bank. Very poor customer service and no interest in making it better. Very limited functionalities on the app so that you HAVE to go to the branch or wait forever on the line when calling. I mentioned I was going to open an account with a different bank for my business and they agreed it was the right choice considering the limited services they provide.
The closing time is 5 but after 4 they stop helping you
