Amazing bank and staff
Bit stupid having a cashpoint inside the branch, so you can only access it when the branch is open

Have banked with them for 3+ years, and I've always found them easy and pleasant to deal with. Opening an account with other banks was a ridiculous maze of pointless forms, but MetroBank did a few checks that seemed logical (not just paperwork) and got it sorted. I just opened a bank account at this branch today and I was very impressed by their fast and friendly service. You can get a debit card on the same day you open a bank account while you have to wait a week if you do at other banks. The staff are nice, accommodating and explaining professionally about monthly fee, transfer fee, mobile app etc,. like everything you need to know before your opening a bank account.
