Caused a huge rat infestation (breach of The Prevention of Damage By Pests Act 1949) around neighbouring properties whilst building a concrete jungle at the historic rural hamlet of Burgate, Fordingbridge. I would rather live in a Park Home.
DO NOT buy an apartment with Metis. Terrible build quality and shocking noise issues between apartments. They won't help you and they'll avoid any and all responsibilities.
