Went to visit my Father in Law- he's a fall risk They just need to check on him more. It makes me a tad nervous at night.
These folks were amazing. The wait in the E.R. was a long one, but once I got through the long line of patients in front of me, everything was like clockwork! I ended up having emergency surgery to remove an infected appendix. From the nurses to the doctors, the transport staff, even the "lunch lady", everyone was friendly and attentive. Made for a very "pleasant" stay. 😊
we arrived at 630pm on Monday i was having a sever asthma attack with chest pain and a history of a blood clot in my lung. we went right in to triage check my vitals did an ekg then sent us to the waiting room until ten thirty. without a recheck. once we finally got to a room the staff was amazing compassionate and professional. so front triage staff no stars back area doctors and nurses a 5. total experiance 3. They got me back quick found the problem got me admitted quick am still here being well taken care of
I love Methodist mansfield. This is the only place I will go. I have been admitted several times for different things. The nurses and the other aids are awesome. They take time to make sure you understand what is going on. The doctors are also awesome. The doctor in the ER this time around was about to release me, but he just had this feeling and decided to admit me. We finally were able to figure out what the issue was. Now u am home and feeling much better.
My visit with my husband was horrible. The Dr did call ahead so he was seen quickly. However the room was dirty. It looked as though it hadn't been clean that day. The room was cold they didn't offer any heated blankets. The Dr discharged him feeling the same way he came in Sick as Hell. So I returned with him the next day because of that and explained something must be done about the pain he was in. I was hoping we did not get the same Dr. He has pneumonia. Baylor of Dallas here we come.
