RecommendedOur daughter had TKR surgery on her daddy's 65th birthday. The staff kept wishing him happy birthday, & a group of them sang Happy Birthday & gave him a giant slice of cake. Point being, the staff takes care of not just the patient, but the family as well.
Today was the worst morning for me at this Dr office I arrived 15mins early was ask if ins was same then notified of a balance I didn't know I owed of 288 then I ask why know one told me I only had 100 cash on me. at this point I asked to talk yo office manager. was told have a sit .after 15mins worker stood on door talking to them then said she was busy I said that is fine I drove back to garland got my card went back and paid full balance of 158 all they had to do was talk to me and not hide.
