First of all, a little friendliness could cover a lot of other wrongs. I was greeted, no given a hand gesture to "fill one of those forms". That attitude seemed the same no matter whom we dealt with-- Cold, rude, uncaring. There were 3 exceptions. The nurse who attended me in my room--Audrey C., and the doctor--Linda Mary J. were both professional, knowledgeable and caring. RecommendedI was seen in a very timely fashion. Everyone was courteous. Want to thank Anthony B. my R.N. esp, on the Sat , 3pm- shift. He was attentive and compassionate. Also, my Dr. Coffman, an intelligent, lovely, young woman was the greatest. The ladies in cat scan lab were nice too. Thank you to all of you.

RecommendedThis place is amazing, had surgery here 02/18/20, the staff, surgeon, the anesthesiologist, made me feel welcome, and took very good care of me, if I was to choose a hospital it will be Methodist Southlake/❤️
