My Mom is passing on in a day or 2 in MRMC ICU. In 3 weeks she was moved 6 times including to another facility and back. Finally they did the endoscopy yesterday to find her underlying problems which are untreatable. Some of the staff was sharp and caring and some were rude. Please teach your staff to communicate with family and patients. And unblock your handicap parking spots! Move that huge semi X-ray contraption so I can for once park I’m handicap. I’m on crutches and for 3 weeks had to hobble up to my moms rooms.

RecommendedI was admitted from the ER. I received immediate care upon arriving at the ER in the early morning hours Tuesday the 14th. I appreciate the medical staff that took care of me so promptly. Then the nursing staff on third floor did an awesome job, were kind and friendly. If I start naming names I'd forget someone, so just a huge thank you for your care on the 3rd floor January 14th-15th, 2020.

this is the worst hospital in Dallas, Texas if you come out alive you are Blessed. The first person you meet or talk to staff, nurse is Slow, Rude, a person comes in sick an leave sick.
